Agent filmed video tours of any home listing you have an interest in seeing, including….
- Self-directed FaceTime tours – you tell us where to look in real time. We’ll take you from attic to crawl space while you watch from your couch.
- Video tours filmed and edited for you to see at your convenience. (sample two, three)
- Online document signature and processing.
Virtual Services for Sellers
During this crisis, home sellers may still need to sell their home but due to the call for social distancing, are concerned about having people come through their homes. Our technology has been a part of Team Darmody since we began. As it turns out we are uniquely suited to serve our community using this technology while keeping everyone safe.
- Our office will film and edit documentary styled narrated videos of your home and post online, in social media and in ads, as a Virtual Open House Tours. This provides a way that people can view your home 24/7.
- We will create 3-D Virtual Tours so that potential buyers can “walk” thru your home from anywhere in the world. We have sold many homes sight unseen by using this high definition video technology.
- We will create a custom website and a custom marketing video for your listing that answers more detailed questions than the MLS provides and offers insights into what makes your home special.
- Team Darmody will invest heavily in social media ads, email to our hundreds of contacts in the region, and mail fliers and postcards throughout the region.
- New listing will also have yard signs with 24/7 information hotlines and virtual tour custom url links clearly visible.

Our listing customers shouldn’t worry about canceled open houses. Since we create and publish online an interactive, three-dimensional scans of all homes listed by TeamDarmody agents, buyers can still explore every nook and cranny of a home for sale without creating a public-health risk. We run a digital-marketing campaign for every listing to bring plenty eyes into your virtual home.

Precautions for In-Person Tours
We’re still also hosting in-person tours of listings, but with precautions to protect your health:
• Virtual tours for anyone with a sniffle: No one should tour with cold or flu symptoms. If you’re sick or might be sick, just ask for a video-chat tour.
• A healthy agent: If one of our agents has a cough, we’ll find another to host the showing.
• Avoiding close contact: TeamDarmody agents won’t ask customers to shake hands, staying six feet away from you throughout the tour. We are all technologically set to manage the entire real estate process from our home offices.
